As a Treatment Coordinator and qualified dental nurse, Hannah is often your first point of contact, welcoming you into the clinic and guiding your smile journey from the very start. She has a rare ability to explain complex dental concepts in simple, reassuring terms, ensuring you feel informed and confident before your first appointment with the dentist.
Like all our TCOs, Hannah takes early diagnostic records — including photographs, scans, and notes — so your dentist can plan your treatment before you even step into the surgery. From there, she helps you navigate every stage of the process, from A to Z: treatment options, timelines, costs, and aftercare.
Her deep experience means there’s very little she hasn’t seen or doesn’t know, making her an invaluable resource for patients who want clarity, reassurance, and a friendly face throughout their dental journey.

Angie Richardson

As a Treatment Coordinator and experienced dental nurse, Angie is often the first friendly face you’ll meet on your smile journey. She has a gift for making patients feel at ease, explaining even the most complex dental treatments in clear, simple language, and ensuring no question goes unanswered.
Angie’s work starts well before you see the dentist. She takes early diagnostic records, including photographs and scans, so your dentist can begin planning your treatment before you sit in the chair. She then guides you through the entire process — from understanding your treatment plan and timelines to arranging finance options and aftercare — always putting your needs ahead of her own.
Known for her selflessness, calm presence, and tireless dedication, Angie has helped thousands of patients feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their dental care.

The digitally driven smile design process is well versed starting with our treatment coordinators and then onwards to Griff himself.
He works closely with Dr. Barclay to ensure every aligned smile has the ideal foundation for further cosmetic or restorative work, from composite bonding to porcelain veneers. If straightening is the first step in your smile journey, Griffin will make sure it’s done right.
He’s also the only person we know who can explain bite mechanics and quote The Office in the same sentence. Patients love him. We just try to keep up.

Above all, Giedre believes in team-based care — working closely with the wider clinical team at the practice to ensure every step of the patient journey is well coordinated and cohesive. She also welcomes referrals for implant treatment and enjoys collaborative planning with other dentists, ensuring patients return with the best outcome possible.
