What on Earth Is a TCO? Meet Your Treatment Coordinator in Ruabon

✈️ TCO Explained: Think of a TCO as your smile travel agent.
You’re thinking about changing your smile. Maybe it’s a little tweak, maybe it’s something big. Either way, you’ve probably got questions, worries, a budget, and no desire to be sold to.
Enter the TCO: (Treatment Co-ordinator — but don’t worry, we’ll explain.)
If your dentist is the “pilot,” and the practice is the “airline,” your TCO is the travel agent.
The TCO will explain and help you figure out:
Where you want to go
What routes are available
How long it’ll take
What your options cost
And when you’d like to travel (if at all)
They’re not dentists, but they know the journey inside out. And most importantly — they’re on your side.

🩺 Meet Faz, Hannah & Angie – The Smile Guides
Faz, Hannah and Angie are all qualified dental nurses, with nearly 50 years of experience between them. They’ve assisted, reassured, fixed broken suction units, calmed nerves, explained the unexplainable, and now they lead our Treatment Co-ordinator sessions — helping people feel at ease before they even meet the dentist.
Faz brings the kind of empathy and clarity that patients rave about. She’s often the one responding to late-night DMs or crafting your estimate so it all makes sense. Between them, there’s not much they haven’t seen.
They are your smile travel agents — your translators between the world of dentistry and the world you live in.
“You can ask us anything,” says Hannah.
“We’ve seen it all — and put people back together again,” adds Faz.
“It’s not about being perfect, it’s about being comfortable,” Angie sums up.
🎧 The Vibe
The TCO room is calm and private. It’s not a surgery — no drills, no gloves, no poking or prodding. Just music in the background, a comfy seat, and someone whose job is to help you make sense of everything.
And yes, Captain Apex — our quiet LEGO guardian — sits on the windowsill, judging our admin speed with silent plastic disdain.
